• Use EPA-registered insect repellents
• Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants
• Stay in places with window and door screens or air conditioning
• Sleep under a mosquito bed net if air-conditioned or screened rooms are not available
• Be aware that dengue mosquitoes bite primarily during the day
